This duplex apartment built in the traditional Dalmatian fisherman house has been thoughtfully restored to preserve its authentic Croatian character while incorporating all the modern amenities you need for a luxurious stay. Our beach stone house is not just a place to stay—it’s a destination where memories are made. Veranda with protection from rain, with table and chairs for 6 - ideal for meals in the open. Large terrace under arbor with large barbecue, sink, electrics cooker perfect for preparing meals outside. Private pool with sunbathing decks above and below. Also, we added a hot tube and a sauna for your maximum pleasure. IMPORTANT: All spaces listed and shown on photos are for exclusive use of our guests - no one else passes through or uses above these spaces. Upon your arrival we will meet on the main road, and we will show you to your private parking space. Car access to the house is not possible, and you have two options for parking, directly above the house or little further away. From the parking to the house there is around 200 meters - the price you pay for holiday in secluded place. We will help you with luggage on arrival/upon departure. We clean the pool every day early in the morning, while you sleep, or as you request. We will bring fresh bed-linen every 7 days. We can bring you fresh groceries and everything you need, upon request. We are very helpful, but not annoying and will not bother you, unless you specifically request our services. We are available for phone contact 24/7. Our apartment is located in Borak bay, which is part of a village of Marušići. In the bay there are several beautiful beaches which are during the summer used by guests from neighboring apartments while during the off-season the bay is mostly empty and then you can enjoy the quiet and the peace that is only interuppeted by the pleasant sound of waves and birds. About 1.3 km east of the place Pisak which can be reached by a path above the house. In Pisak there is a small shop that is open every day, as well as two restaurants operating during the summer season. If you are fans of the morning jogging or hiking, paths around the house are ideal for this. Town Omiš is located 13 km to the west and offers numerous possibilities for leisure, entertainment and recreation. The old town of Omiš is a former pirate fortress to which even the powerful Venice paid compensation for peaceful sailing along the eastern coast of the Adriatic Sea. Omiš is situated at the mouth of the Cetina river, which is rich in recreational facilities for every taste. Many fans of rafting, canyoning, canoeing, zip-line adventures are delighted with the opportunities provided by the beautiful canyon of the Cetina River. Also lovers of free climbing, hiking and scuba diving can find interesting offers. From Omiš there are daily organized boat trips to the place Bol on the island of Brač, known for the beach Zlatni Rat, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Nearest bus station is 15 minutes walk from the house, with regular buses to Split, Omis and Makarska.
