Our house is the only property located in one of the most beautiful bays in mainland Dalmatia. The house is surrounded with 3 beautiful pebble beaches that are ideal for children. There is a freshwater spring in the bay, and the surrounding area is very peaceful and beautiful. Even in the busiest summer days you will enjoy absolute peace in the evenings and mornings. Private pool and large outside veranda, terrace, sunbathing deck are for your exclusive use only. Even though the property is located just few meters from the beach, you will have complete privacy here. Veranda with protection from rain, with table and chairs for 6 - ideal for meals in the open. Large terrace under arbor with large barbecue, sink, electrics cooker perfect for preparing meals outside. Private pool with sunbathing decks above and below. IMPORTANT: All spaces listed and shown on photos are for exclusive use of our guests - no one else passes through or uses above these spaces. Upon your arrival we will meet on the main road, and we will show you to your private parking space. Car access to the house is not possible, and you have two options for parking, directly above the house or little further away. From the parking to the house there is around 200 meters - the price you pay for holiday in secluded place. We will help you with luggage on arrival/upon departure. We clean the pool every day early in the morning, while you sleep, or as you request. We will bring fresh bed-linen every 7 days. We can bring you fresh groceries and everything you need, upon request. We are very helpful, but not annoying and will not bother you, unless you specifically request our services. We are available for phone contact 24/7. The price includes: All taxes and fees, electricity, gas, air conditioning, WiFi internet, 2 SUPs and a kayak, delivery of groceries, help with the luggage on arrival/departure, parking, private use of the pool and anything else you will need for a perfect holiday.
